We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mcco.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll process your refund within 7 days.

Exchanges
Email us hello@mcco.com.au if you’d like to make an exchange of equal value and if the item is less than the original purchase amount we can refund the difference or give you credit towards a future purchase in the form of a coupon code.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
