At MC&Co Trend, we’re committed to delivering valuable, high-quality trend forecasting tools that support your creative and commercial decisions. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is complete.

Digital Product Policy

All of our reports, downloads, and subscriptions are delivered electronically. Once access is granted or a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund, return, or exchange. This policy aligns with standard digital content practices in Australia, the US, and the EU.

Accidental Purchases or Access Issues

If you experience technical issues, accidental duplicate purchases, or have not received access within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our team within 7 days of purchase at hello@mccotrend.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum 3-month term. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available for unused time. To manage your subscription, log into your account or email us directly.
